Booking and payment conditions:

• A 50% deposit of the total amount must be paid to account BE57 1030 4483 0135 within 5 days of booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid to the same account no later than 10 days before the arrival date.

• A €300 security deposit is also required no later than 10 days before arrival, together with the remaining balance. This deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your departure, following an inspection of the gîte.

• The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 9 people. We reserve the right to deny access without refund if this capacity is exceeded.

• Parties involving youth groups, students, or hen/stag groups with excessive alcohol, loud music, or disruptive noise are strictly prohibited.

• Pets are allowed upon request and with prior approval, subject to certain conditions.

• Bed linen and bath towels are not provided.
